Joginder was preceded in death by his parents, Ujjagar Singh Gill and Amer Kaur Gill.
He is survived by his wife Gurdip K. Gill, son Harnak S. Gill and his wife Paramjeet; daughters, Sukhdev K. Dhaliwal and Inderjit K. Mahil; nephews, Jatinder S. Gill, Baljinder S. Gill and Hari S. Sandhu; nieces Surinder Kaur, Rupinder Kaur, Amerjit Kaur, Balwinder Kaur and Polly Kaur; grandsons, Simren S. Gill, Eshaan S. Gill, Ranjit S. Dhaliwal, Sukhjit S. Dhaliwal, Manjit S. Dhaliwal and Jeeven S. Mahil; granddaughters, Pavan K. Gill, Soniya K. Gill and Jasmine K. Mahil; and brother-in-laws Malla S. Purewal and Santokh S. Purewal; with respect to all cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory on Sunday, August 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
