John David Lipps

Born September 25, 1956, in Dinuba, California, Dave was the sixth of ten children born to John and Dorothy Lipps. He Grew up in Orosi and later earned his degree in Radiology from Fresno City College.

Dave dedicated 37 years to Community Medical Centers, where he developed expertise in diagnostic X-ray, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology. He also served as a lecturer and clinical instructor, sharing his knowledge with future generations of radiologic professionals.

In 1982, Dave met Malinda, beginning a lifelong love story. They married in 1984 and raised two children, Matthew and Michelle. Dave cherished family adventures, especially skiing, camping, and time at the lake.

Dave is survived by his wife, Malinda Lipps, Son Matthew, Daughter Michelle, and daughter-in-law, Christina, grandchildren Elora and Victoria, brothers Wayne, Richard, and Terry, and sisters Anita, Caroline, and Janet. He was preceded in death by Father, John and Mother, Dorothy and brothers, Junior, Larry and Denis.

He will be remembered for his kindness, humility, loyalty, gentle spirit, and dedication to his family.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 12th at 11:00 AM at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home. 836 E. Nees ave. Fresno, CA.
