Good People are like Candles, they burn themselves up to give others Light!
John Monreal was that type person. He would make everyone smile and laugh no matter what! He laughed his way into Heaven! John was a Great Friend and we will truly miss him. Our most painful Tears are the ones that fall from our Hearts and cover Soul. We share your Tears. May Silence and Faith make you all Strong!

Love in the Lord!

John Monreal , was my Tío, a mentor ,but also my best friend. Always made make a note of life lessons that he mentioned as the day rode out. We shared the common interest in golf . We played courses together and sometimes his son Mike or brother Joe would join us as well. He is the reason that I still play golf today and continue to pursue my golf goals. He is such an inspiring man.
When I made my confirmation with st.marys I was honored to have John as my sponsor. He got me a platinum cross necklace and ever since then I wore it to church. I miss him every second of the day. Now when I play golf I know that he'll be right over my shoulder to coach me down the fairway.
Hope to see you in another life Tío.
