Never will forget Christmas 2011 when Margie, Johnny, Manuelito and Gloria  came to visit me. We had so much fun reminiscing about the past and sharing funny stories. 

I will miss you so much, I always looked forward to our conversation.  I remember when you visit me in Florida you came to my place of work to see me.  Then you visit me when I was in Port St. Lucie when I  lived across the street from brother John.  you will always be in my heart.

My heart felt condolences for the Boria family. My grandfather and I were only able to meet one time in June of 2019. It was a blessed day with my grandmother, grandfather, cousin, husband, and I. I will always cherish the time we were able to spend together and the emails we exchanged. Rest in peace <3

My grandpa was so wonderful when ever I called him he always had a smile in his voice you can just tell he always call me sweetie pie then though I was older but I loved it . Always supported me  , was there when I went through my hardest time with my family always had my back . Always made sure I had my education set up and we always pick up where we left off when he came and visit. saw his great grand baby and got to hold her .He will always he in my heart but I know he is in heaven next to the father and in glory . My spirit can feel at peace knowing he is there I know my other grandparents will keep him company for this is not a goodby but I'll see you again soon love you grandpa and see you in heaven .

Wishing my family both strength and peace during this difficult time and the courage to face the days ahead filled with loving memories in our hearts to last a lifetime.  Padrino (Joey), you will always be near my heart and loved by so many.  You will be missed!

My heart and prayers go's out to my family,  uncle Joe will always be remembered in a very special way, we would talk so much over the phone, and to only know that I never got to meet him in person, its breaks my heart. Tio I will always keep you  close to my heart, like I also have tio John.

My Dearest Uncle Joe was very special to us. I will miss his phone calls checking up on us from time to time. He always showed me lots of love, as he did my Mother. Growing up my father always referred to him as Manuelito. He was so proud of him. 
I spoke to him the week before his passing, and he promised to come visit us as soon as he recuperated. I will always remember his kindness and love for the family. Until we meet again.

My first memory of you, a happy smile and happy face you had for me. "Your a beautiful girl" your words and happy face stayed with me... I saw you as Uncle Joey full of love. My favorite memory of you "which as I write makes me giggle"  You and I are at Titi Mary's kitchen table she gives us some food to eat and I'm watching you chew so fast your mouth was moving fast!  Uncle Joey you eat so fast! " I do!" We starting laughing and he chewed and we laughed. Sweet Uncle Joey miles apart but close at heart. A special place in my heart "my favorite uncle" May you rest in the arms of Our Loving Father God and in the sweet embrace of Our Saviour Jesus Christ.  For we your family grieve your absence here on Earth.  For now you are in Heaven with Family. Until we are reunited in Heaven.

I offer my deepest and heartfelt condolences to the Boria family.  I have nothing but admiration, respect, and love for a cousin who had an impact in my life.  As a young kid in New York, Joe visited our family whenever he could when in the area.  I remember him sharply dressed in his military uniform and well shined shoes.  He briefly described life in the military and there was no doubt in his appearance and demeanor that he took pride in whatever he did.  And based on his impression on me, I too served in the military and subsequently in the federal service.  Years later, we shared work and life experiences and he came to my rescue when I had car troubles on the highway in New Jersey heading back to New York.  I offered to compensate him for his time and expense, but he would not have it.  But that has been the story with Joe, and his brother John.  Both men always helped everyone regardless of social class or status among family and/or friends, and always showed their love and respect for all.  I am very proud to have had Joe and John as my cousins and know that although it is painful to have lost both so early, I am confident they are well cared for in the Lord’s hands.  So rest in peace my cousin Joe, you are well loved and remembered for the wonderful things you were to all of us in so many ways.  Love you big guy, and Bravo Zulu for a job well done!

My deepest condolences to the Boria family. I cannot begin to express the sadness I felt when I heard the news of Joey’s passing. I remember the times when he came to visit his Titi Marie. He would take us with him everywhere he  visited. He loved my mom very much and always treated me like a little brother. I will always have you in my heart and never forget you. The only solace is that you are with my mom and John in heaven. Rest In Peace.

My deepest condolences to the Boria family.  I adored my cousin "Manuelito".  He held a very special place in my heart.  Growing up, I remember his visits to spend time with us and his "Titi Paula" whom he loved very much.  He was soft spoken and very kind.  He would help me with my homework and encouraged me to always work hard to do my best.  I admired him for his wisdom and his love of family.  Whenever he came to Florida, he always made sure to come visit me.  The last time I saw "Manuelito", we shared a beautiful Christmas dinner at my house with his lovely wife, Gloria, Johnny and Margie.   I am so thankful to God for the privilege to call Joe "Manuelito", my cousin.  I will miss him and will always cherish the lovely memories of my sweet cousin.  With all my love, Cousin Daisy Diaz

We knew him at the CalOSHA office as Jose.  He was fun to be with and we could always go to him to pick his brain, of which, there was a lot in there.   I appreciated his no-nonsense approach to doing field work when we were assigned together as a team.   Intellectually he was way above my level but he made me feel at ease around him.   I enjoyed his stories of growing up in New York.  
I can say he was honest, helpful to others, and was a good example.  I will miss him while I am here in this life, and will see him beyond the grave.  I am thankful that I knew Jose here.

To all the Boria family  we send our deepest sympathy  for the loss of such a wonderful brother in law  and uncle . He will be deeply missed . We understand the pain of this tremendous loss  as you know  and we pray that you may be comforted by the many memories that you hold dear. We loved him so much.  John loved his brother deeply and  we could never forget  him! 

My deepest condolences to the entire Boria family. I have known Joseph "Joe" for almost my entire adult life. Over the years we were separated by time and distance but still managed to keep in touch. His family and friends grieve for the lost of his physical presence but we will forever cherish the memory of a great guy and military veteran. v/r JSJ
