Judith was born in National City, CA to Carl Harrison Lattie and Mary Lou Lattie (Collier) on June 4, 1944. She graduated from Yucaipa High School in Yucaipa, CA. She married Bobby David Griffin on May 30, 1965 in Caruthers, CA. She worked as a Laboratory Administrative Assistant for Manna Pro / Analytical Feed and Food Laboratory for 30 years. She was very involved in the Caruthers Full Gospel Assembly of God Church. She received the 1986 Woman of the Year Award for Outstanding Service in Church, School, and Community. This award was presented by the Citizens of the Community of Caruthers.
Judith is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bobby David Griffin, and her son Mark Carl Griffin. Judith is survived by her children David & Lisa Griffin, Russell & Megan Griffin, and Shari Griffin, her sister Carla Wilbur, her grandchildren: Taylor Griffin, Lindsay Griffin, Rebecca Griffin, and Emma Griffin. Her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Brennan Riding.

Funeral services to be held Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Caruthers Full Gospel Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be given to Caruthers Full Gospel Assembly for God Church.
