Judy is survived by her husband, Moon Wing Low; son James Low (Barbara); son John Ryan Low; and daughter Lilly Chu (Calvin).
Ms. Lau also leaves one brother, three sisters, and seven grandchildren to cherish her memory.
A visitation for Judy will be held Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706.
