Kenneth is survived by his spouse, Carol Culver; son Jim Culver; sister Carol Brum and sister Jackie Brown; grandson Corbin Culver.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel, 836 E Nees Ave Fresno, CA. 93720, at 10:00am. Due to indoor attendance restrictions, attendance is limited to 75 attendees.
