Leonardo was a retired service man. He worked for Giffen Ranch for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Rosa Calderon; sister Dominga Mora and great great grandson Daniel "Danny" Amaral.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 63 years Martina Calderon; his children Manuel Calderon of Firebaugh, Mike Calderon of L.A., Gloria Criado, Terry Valdez, David and Riego Calderon all of Mendota and Anita Cardillo of Katy, TX; 16 grandkids, 32 great grandkids, one great great granddaughter; two siblings, Toni Ramos of Modesto and Sally Chambers of Riverbank.
Recitation of the Rosary will take place on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mendota.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. also at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
