Lily Chinn

She worked as a salesperson for Gottschalks for 20 years. She enjoyed serving people which led her to be recognized as one of their top two in sales for the Women's Sportswear Department.

Mom had many interests. Most of the activities she enjoyed involved being with family and friends at family gatherings, playing Mah Jong, bowling, traveling, and serving at her church.

Mom was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" McKinley Chinn; son, Rodney Chinn; brother, Gordon Young; and sisters, Violet Wong, Frances Chinn, and Lois Quon.

Lily is survived by her son, Jerry and his wife Gerlene of Fresno; her siblings, Jessie Tom of Phoenix, Az.; Edward Young and his wife, Dolly of San Diego, Ca.; and Pearl Jaire of Fresno, Ca.; and many nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Friday, August 17, 2012, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.

A Memorial Service will be held at the First Chinese Baptist Church, on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
