Louise is preceded in death by her husband Joe E Fernandez, son Joseph Fernandez Jr., daughter Rosemary Torres and grandson Freddie Franco Jr.
Louise is survived by her daughter Martha Franco Dolores Fernandez, and son Ben Fernandez.
Louise leaves behind four grandchildren Frankie Rocha, Diane Franco, Denise Lopez, Sam Fernandez, 13 great grandchildren, and she was also a great-great grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin.
A memorial service for Louise will be held Monday, January 24, 2022 at 10:30 am at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
