Manuel was born in Pico, Azores on December 16, 1943 and passed away in Fresno, California on July 2, 2018.

Manuel is survived by his wife, Maria DaSilva; sons Ilidio DaSilva and Francisco DaSilva; sisters Maria daConceacao, Alice Damaso and Maria Delourdes DeSilva all of the Azores and Rozalina Delfino of New York; brothers Jose Nunes of New York and Antonio Nunes of Massachusetts; 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Lisle Funeral Home from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at St. Jude's Catholic Church, 208 W. Jefferson, Easton CA at 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at St. Jude's Catholic Church, 208 W. Jefferson, Easton CA at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, 264 North Blythe Ave., Fresno CA.
