Manuel is survived by his wife of 34 years, Dora Velasquez; son Bobby Velasquez; and daughter Salena Velasquez and 2 step grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday on July 20, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 10:00 am at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Burial to follow at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, 264 North Blythe Avenue, Fresno, CA 93706.
