Hermana Garcia is the only name I ever called her. From the first time I met her to the last time I saw her she always had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh. I have so many happy memories spent in her home, she was always welcoming and loving. One of my many favorite memories is being in her home one day and she was making tortillas. I was in awe of how quick she could roll a perfectly round tortilla, and they were delicious!!
She was an amazing woman and she loved God. She loved her family and she loved her church family. She was always willing and helpful to those in need. I will miss her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. Heaven will be a wonderful reunion of all the lovely people we lost but get to spend eternity with. I can’t wait to see her beautiful smile in heaven.

To Our Tia Maria

From day one when we first met, you welcomed me with open arms, from that day forward you always showed me love. A smile is who you are a lovely lovely woman.

You will be in my heart forever and ever. I was blessed to have known you all these years.

Our Lord has called you home his lovely angel.

The 1st time I met my Tia Maria was when we (Dad,Mom, Michael and myself) went to Calexico in my Dad's 67 Chevy Impala to pick her up for my Tio Pepe. She was very quiet. My Tia always had that quiet beauty. She will be missed. Leticia Garcia Arroyo
