Mary Ann was born to James and Mary Elizabeth Stevens in Fresno, California. She dedicated over twenty years of her life to teaching as an elementary school teacher, touching the lives of countless students with her dedication and passion for education.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jon Dews. Mary Ann was also an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she contributed significantly to her community.
A committal service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens, located at 175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706, on September 17, 2025, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. Following this, a memorial service will take place at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3973 N Cedar Ave, Fresno, CA 93726, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Mary Ann's legacy of kindness and service will be remembered by all who knew her.
