Mary Helen, I feel blessed to have had you as my mother-in-law. Knowing you these past 40 years is something I will carry with me all my life. You were always nice and supportive to me. All the times we spent together we managed to have fun, whether it was grocery shopping, clothes shopping, doctor’s appointments, or driving to Peach on Earth to get some of your favorite Elberta peaches. We had so many adventures! Although we didn’t agree on our politics, we still respected each other. When some of my friends would complain about their mother-in-law, I would brag that I had a great mother-in-law. Our boys were lucky to be able to spend so many years with you. We all love you and we will miss you. Thanks for the memories.

Tia Nena, (Lana) I will miss your  unique gestures when it came to your smile   I will miss your laughter. I’ll even  miss your jokes.  I’ll also miss our talks.  I’ll especially miss your fashion seeing which hat you’d be wearing. That’s one thing you and I had in common. We both loved wearing hats to match our outfits.  I will miss you  but I will carry you deeply in my heart along with all our memories. This picture of our last Mother’s Day I will treasure.  It was such a fun day filled with so much laughter.  I love you Tia and I know you are resting in heaven with all the loved ones that have left us behind.  Your beauty remains with you in heaven as it did here on earth !💕Chata
