Neil passed away on Monday, May 4th, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on July 20, 1935. Neil served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked for California State University, Fresno, Plant Operations as a Gardener and Building Supervisor. He was active in the CSEA union. He worked for North American Aviation prior to moving to Fresno. He loved the mountains, fishing, and camping. He was a member of the Peoples Church and a volunteer at St. Agnes.
He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley Lancaster. They were married for 28 years.
Graveside services will be held at Belmont Memorial Park, on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
