She moved to California with her husband, Raymon and three children in 1960. She was employed as a Tax Examiner and Customer Service Employee for the IRS for 22 years.
Norene's inner strength and the ability to accept and manage any challenge life sent her way were her most admired qualities.
She is survived by her two grandsons, Michael Lovan and Matthew Lovan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymon Lovan, daughters, Phyllis Jura and Murlene Garcia, son, Donald Ray Lovan, and granddaughter, Michelle Beruman.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, California 93720, on June 29, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Clovis Cemetery District, 305 N Villa Ave, Clovis, California 93612, on June 30, 2026, at 10:00 am.
