Norma was born in Denver, Colorado. She moved to Fresno where she met the love of her life, Joe Vargas. She worked for many tears in the Fresno Unified School District.
She is survived by her husband, Joe, of 59 years; daughters, Kathy Means and her husband Allen, Joann Florentino and her husband Anthony; grandsons, Robb and Fredrick Garcia; great-grandsons, Ethan Sandoval and Noah Garcia; aunt, June Florentino; sister, Sylvia Pasillas and husband Frank; and mother, Delsie Tabigne.
A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel, on Thursday, October 24, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.
A Memorial Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 12:30 p.m.
