Norma a homemaker and a resident of Fresno passed away on January 14, 2015 at the age of 90. She was born on March 6, 1924 in Ava, Missouri to Fred and Vera Bacorn. Norma was preceded in death by her husband; William Washburn. She is survived by her sons; Ronald Washburn, Raymond and Bryan Washburn and her daughters; Gail Loew and Faith Fain.
Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
Graveside Service at St. Peters Cemetery on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
