Ona Lau

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kong Tim Lau; her son, Julio " Eddie" Lau; and her parents, Gong Hoy Gen and Shee Wong.

She is survived by her children, Pearl Gong and husband Wallace, Doris Gong and husband Bill, Teresa Montoya and husband Nicolas, Antonio Lau and wife Trudy, Sor Ana Maria Lau Gong, Luisa Kong and husband Jorge, Lucy Gong and husband Kenny, Maye Carabajal and husband Ernie. Ona is also survived by her 25 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; her half-sister, Hen-Quin Gong, from China; and many nieces and nephews.

The family of Ona Lau would like to express their sincere appreciation to Nancy Hinds Hospice; and San Joaquin Gardens Health Care Center for the care given to Ona, and the Lau family.

Visitation will be at Stephens and Bean Chapel on Thursday, December 12, 2013, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Friday, December 13, 2013, at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
