He served ten years in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Pacific Telephone Co. after 28 years.
I
n 1950, he married Bette White, the love of his life. They celebrated 60 years together in 2010.
After his retirement he and Bette enjoyed traveling in their R.V. He was truly loved and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife Bette; son, Kurt Krieger and his wife Ellen; daughter, Kerry Moore and her husband Jerry; daughter, Kelly Holzman and her husband Mike; four grandchildren, Jared Krieger, Kyle Krieger, Shannon Weathers, and Sean Moore; and four great-grandchildren, Ethan Krieger, Haylee, Hannah and Emaleigh Weathers.
There will be a Memorial Service at Hope Lutheran Church, 364 E. Barstow, Fresno, Ca. on Saturday, April 16, 2011, at 10:30 a.m.
