Oscar is survived by son Anthony Laurentino of Redwood City, California; and daughter Kristian Ortiz of Redwood City, California; mother Irma Rios of Fresno, California; sister Rosa Maria Trujillo of Milpitas, California and sister Maria Evelia Pamplora of Fresno, California; exwife Maribel Rios.

Oscar was preceded in death by father Manuel Ortiz.
