Patrick dedicated more than 30 years of his career to Yosemite National Park, where he worked in the garages, the kitchens, and later served as a manager at Curry Village. During his time in Yosemite, he built lifelong friendships and became known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering willingness to help others.
A devoted Catholic, Patrick lived his faith through quiet acts of service and compassion. He was rarely without his rosary, faithfully attended Mass, and believed in treating everyone he met with dignity and respect. Patrick had a remarkable gift for making people feel seen and valued.
He will be remembered for his wisdom, gentle humor, quiet strength, and the lasting impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Patrick is survived by his loving daughter, Grace Harley; his brothers, John Harley and Thomas Harley; and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Patrick, the oldest of six brothers, was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Katie and his brothers, Kevin, Dennis, and Jerome.

Patrick’s legacy of kindness, faith, and generosity will continue to live on in the countless lives he touched.
