My Tio Paul was and is a great and wonderful uncle. I’m very grateful for all the wonderful memories I have throughout my entire life with Tio Paul and Tia Lupe. Tio lived a life well lived and now driving a big rig up in heaven. I can see his big smiling face behind that big wheel with a stogie in his mouth. May the Garcia and Gonzales families be blanketed with peace and comfort in this difficult season. May my Tio’s legacy of love and adventure continue on. 🙏🏼

I remember the small get togethers by the pool when I first came into the lives of the Garcia family. We'd sit out by the pool have some beers or wine enjoy the day out pool side. I'd call Lupe Mamas Deb Sista and the first time I got comfy I called Paul "Pops" he gave a big smile and said I like that. I called him Pos and he called me son. See you again some day Pops.

Heavenly Father; We come before you with a grateful heart, even in our sorrow. Thank You for the life of my Tio Paul, for the love he gave, the memories we treasure and most importantly for his Salvation. Him accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Thank You Lord that my Tio Paul finished his race and is now safely home with Jesus in Paradise. We find comfort knowing that he is at peace, restored, and wrapped in Your eternal love~no more pain, no more tears, only joy in Your presence. We ask now to comfort our family but mostly my Tia Lupe who was blessed with 60 years of marriage to my Tio Paul. Praise God 🙏 Hold us close in the days ahead. When grief feels heavy remind us that we have Hope in Christ and the promise of reunion one day. May his life he lived full of joy inspire us to love one another more deeply, forgive more freely and walk faithfully with Jesus. We place our trust in Your Will and rest in Your unfailing grace. In the Mighty name of Yeshua. Amen 🙏 Until the Lord brings us together again Tio, I love you always. See you later. 🙏

Paul, Aka: (Papa, Papasan, Pablo Cruse) not only treated me like a member of the family, but like a son. I will miss his kindness, and one-of-a-kind humor, but most of all his love and acceptance. He always left an impression on everyone he met. I will always try to be more like him in many regards. While his absence is heartbreaking, we must try to remember it is temporary and that we will all be reunited in Paradice with our Lord Jesus Christ. There He has promised to wipe away our tears but even so, I think there will be tears of joy!
