Paul Cipriano M. Rayrao Jr., age 78, of Fresno, California passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024. Paul was born in Portsmouth, Virginia to Mary Elizabeth Matthews and Cipriano Rayrao.

Paul is survived by his dearest friend Silvia Ramirez (John Ramirez).

Paul was preceded in death by his father Cipriano Rayrao and his mother Mary Elizabeth Matthews.

Mr. Rayrao also leaves behind numerous friends and family to cherish his memory.

A celebration of life for Paul will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Fresno, 475 North Broadway, Fresno, CA 93701.
