Pauline E. Bertram was born on October 28, 1921, in Fresno and went to the Lord after a short battle with cancer on Thursday, September 2, 2010. Pauline resided in Fresno her entire life, graduating from Roosevelt High School. She married Clifford M. Bertram on February 13, 1941, where they made their home and raised their three children. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Knoll; her husband Clifford; sister, Frances Volpa; niece, Susan Volpa; her daughter, Louise Wiley and; great-great grand-son, Luke James Whaley.
Pauline is survived by her daughter, Dottie Bandelian; her son, Jim Bertram and his wife Pat; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
A Viewing will be held at Stephens and Bean Chapel on Thursday, September 9, 2010, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Stephens and Bean Chapel on Friday, September 10, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
