Penny was such a great mother. I had the privilege of meeting her through my son. (David) He played football along with her son Manuel. I enjoyed celebrating all their wins with her. When she told me she was sick I was so saddened to hear the news. The last text I have from her is from the end of May asking for my address to send my son a card for graduation. She always thought of other people and taught her boys so well. I was privileged to have met her. We will all miss you!!!

I will forever appreciate Penny's determination to celebrate her son and my grandson (Jeremiah) at each game and watching out for me to be sure I had a good seat at the games. What Penny did not say verbally she spoke with her eyes (smile). I will miss that smile in the bleachers! God bless the family.

Oh man did Penny and I use to fight. I would get so mad at her for her being so mean to her sister Tammy. I would have to stand up for Tammy all the time because Tammy would call me crying because Penny had been mean to her. I would have to tell Penny to knock it off or I was going to come over and beat her up. LOL Penny loves her sister and I knew that it was just that good ol sister love. I think Penny just wanted to be involved with everything Tammy did. Haha she sure was a spunky thing. You will be sorely missed any. Love you girl! We were family!

I am so sorry for your loss. My sincere condolences to the family. Penny was a great person. Penny was giving, loving, helpful, funny, and empathetic. May Penny rest in peace. God has called her home and I know that she's no longer in pain. Dear Penny you will be missed. We never had a chance to meet for lunch, but I know that one day we will see each other again.

Penny, I will never forget when I met your spunky, sassy self. You welcomed me right into your world. You saw people for who they were and without hesitation, had my back. I will never forget you and your amazing, kind spirit.

God has received another angel. My dearest friend, someone who I could always depend on no matter what. Penny was such a giving person and helped so many people that needed it. She was so proud of her two boys and loved her grandson so much. She would always say to me "wait til you have grandkids, you will spoil them rotten." I was very fortunate to meet Penny in the year 2005. We became friends and still kept in contact throughout the years. This woman is one of kind and I will miss her so much. Especially saying my last name instead of first. Sweet Penny my heart aches and til we see each other again Heaven. Love You, Leticia
