Philip Navarro, AKA Grandpa Bully grew up in Del Rey CA and spent the rest of life in the Clovis and Fresno area. He was Born to, Jose Navarro and Jennie Quiroz. He was the eldest brother, a role he cherished. His brother and sisters, Delia, Ernest and Christina. He was an outstanding individual. He had a love for God, family and his country. While serving in Vietnam he earned and was awarded , national defense service medal , Expert Marksman, Vietnam Service Medal, Bronze Stars, Vietnam Campaign medal 1960, Combat Infantryman Badge, Good conduct medal. He was wounded for which he received a purple heart. His family and loyal friends will forever be grateful for all his sacrifices. . He was a rock for his family, providing unwavering support and guidance. His love for his wife, Connie, was a shining example of true devotion and love. They had a bond that many aspire to experience. He and his wife both had a passion for travel and they traveled throughout the world . He had a passion for life and music, showcasing his remarkable talent by playing numerous instruments, with a particular fondness for the guitar, on which he would play for hours, creating a soothing environment. He was the neighborhood go to-expert for landscaping and our family trusted handyman. He loved his daughter Gina, and had a immense pride in the women and mother she became. He was looking forward to her getting her PhD. This summer. He enjoyed spending time with grandchildren, Riley, Samantha, Bryanna, and Myranda. he was so blessed to spend time with his great grandchildren, Mylo, Scarlett and Lyla. He will forever be famous for his "THE CLAW". His strength and resilience inspired those around him, and he remained unapologetically true to himself. He was a man of great character and his family will continue to celebrate his life and legacy. His memory will be cherished. His life will impact us for generations to come.
