Phyllis is survived by son Jack Wayne Hollingsworth (Margie) of Fresno, California; son David Curtis Hollingsworth of Fresno, California; son Andrew Paul Hollingsworth (Nancy) of Kentucky; and son Robert Arthur Hollingsworth (Jackie) of Fresno, California.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband Jack D. Hollingsworth; father Paul Jackson and mother Henrietta Jackson; brother Dennis Jackson.
Mrs. Hollingsworth also leaves twelves grandchildren and eight great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 12th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706.
