Phyllis Erelene Kizer a resident of Clovis passed away on November 21, 2015 at the age of 94. She was a homemaker. She was born on April 11, 1929 in Oakland, California to William and Bealah Brashear.
She is survived by her daughters, Janet Fotes and Carol Benneyan.
Celebration of Life will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
