Richard John Tobin, age 71, of Fresno, California passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018. Richard was born August 25, 1946 in Fresno, California. Richard retired Chief Deputy of the Fresno County Coroner's Office.

He is survived by his wife Yolanda Tobin, children Katrina Rocha of Fresno, Richard John Tobin, Jr. of Los Angeles and Theresa Jerman of Fresno, brother Joseph Tobin of Fresno and nine grandchildren.

A memorial mass service for Richard will be held Friday, June 1, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Queen of the Apostles, 4636 W. Dakota Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
