A man of deep devotion, Rogelio lived his life in service to God and remained faithful to his church for 43 years. Known for a kind heart and openhanded generosity, he carried a quiet selflessness that made him a true friend to all—someone others could count on for encouragement, compassion, and steadfast presence. Above all, he loved his grandchildren the most, and that love remains an enduring part of the legacy he leaves behind.
Rogelio is survived by his spouse, Josefina Olvera; his sons, Roger Olvera, David Olvera, and Jose Luis "Louie" Olvera; and his grandchildren, Ava Olvera, Alexis Olvera, Ally Olvera, Azzy Olvera, Aiden Olvera, and Aiden Patrick Olvera.
A Funeral Service will be held at Truth Tabernacle, 4411 N First St, Fresno, CA 93726, on August 11, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
