Rod was the best father any kids could ask for. He loved to fish, hunt, go to yard sales with Wanda, Cherry Auction on Saturdays, and loved to make things out of different materials but most of all, he loved to buy and sell Model T and Model A parts and rebuild his own Model T or Model A's.
According to Sharon, he and Wanda were the best in-laws a daughter-in-law could ask for.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Wanda; son, Rondald H. Evans; brothers, Wayne, Dow, Doris and Max Evans; and sisters, Polly and Nina.
Rod is survived by Dean and Sharon Williams, and Lavoun and Frank Augugliaro; Patti and Al Price and Connie Evans; brother, Joe Evans; and sisters, Ruth Smart and Joyce Rice.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Thursday, August 19, 2010, at 1:00 p.m.
