Rose Marie Wortham

Rose Marie Wortham passed on May 9, 2026, at the age of 77 in Clovis. She was born on August 28, 1948, in Birmingham, Alabama to William and Beatrice Taylor. She retired after 20 plus years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wortham, and her granddaughter Biancha Johnson. Rose is survived by her children Michael and Daphne Taylor, Vincel Perkins, Christopher Wortham and her sister Mrs. Latonya Powell. Rose was blessed with 14 grandchildren and over 14 great grandchildren.

Rose is also survived by many relatives near and far who will miss her very much. She was friendly and made many friends in church and at work. She had life-long friends that she kept in touch with over the years and cherished her friendships with all of them. She will be deeply missed by all.

Funeral Service will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on May 29, 2026, at 10:00 am.

Graveside Service on June 1, 2026, at 1:00 pm, will take place at Mountain View Cemetery, 5000 Piedmont Ave., Oakland, CA 94611.
