Rosemarie “Rose” Gallegos-Calderon, a devoted mother, passed away on March 13, 2024, entering into eternal rest with the Lord. Her faith, family and passion for helping animals were top priorities, holding immense importance in her life.
Rose was known for her great sense of humor and direct way of communicating, as she often said exactly what she was thinking without holding back.
In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling to Pismo, working on her house, doing yard work, and thrifting.
She is survived by six children, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, Rose’s legacy lives on through her beloved family. Rose will be greatly missed, yet forever cherished in our hearts.
A visitation for Rosemarie will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720. A funeral service will occur Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home.
