Rosemarie Martinez Carrillo, a compassionate, devoted, faithful, and hard-working resident of Fresno, California, passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on February 24, 1939, Rosemarie lived a life full of love and dedication to her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her father, Domingo Martinez, and her mother, Erlinda Candelario. Rosemarie is survived by her beloved children: her daughters, Cynthia Guzman and Vangielina Carrillo, and her son, Benjamin Carrillo. Ms. Carrillo also leaves behind numerous friends and family to cherish her memory.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on September 18, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Fresno, located at 475 North Broadway, Fresno, CA 93701.
A celebration service will be held on September 19, 2025, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at The Well Community Church - Fig Garden Campus, situated at 4545 N Palm Ave, Fresno, CA 93704.
Following the service, a committal service will take place on September 19, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
Pallbearers honoring Rosemarie's memory will be Sean Guzman, Giovanni Guzman, Joshua Fernández, Abraham Vásquez, Nate Ramirez, Elijah Villareal, Tomas Medina, and David Medina.
Rosemarie's legacy of compassion and devotion will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
