Ruth is survived by her children, Kevin Wagner, Jana Smith, Bryan Wagner, Bill Wagner, and Matthew Wagner. She was predeceased by her husband, James Wagner, and her grandson, Stefan Wagner.

Ruth resided in Fresno, California.
