Santiago a resident of Fresno passed away on April 9, 2014, at the age of 74. He was born on May 23, 1939 in Mexico to Marsiano and Isabel Ramirez Mendoza. He was a retired baker. He is survived by his wife Isabel Mendoza; children Jesus, Luis, Leticia, Julio, Santiago, Maria, Carlos, Victor and Noemi, brothers Egnacio and Manuel Ramirez of Mexico. Private Services will be held.
