Serenity Love Valenzuela passed away on September 13, 2025. She was born on January 23, 2019.
Our hearts are broken as we announce the passing of Jezreel “Jezzy” Valle, James Valle, and Serenity Valenzuela, who went home to be with the Lord together. Their lives, though far too short, were filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.
Jezzy, at 17, was a bright light who filled every room with her energetic and bold personality. Fearless and unapologetically herself, she left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Jezzy knew that true peace could only be found in Jesus, and she lived her life with that truth in mind. She rejoiced with others as they grew in their faith and loved walking alongside family and friends in their journey with the Lord.
James, 15, embodied 1 John 3:18: “Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” He lived out the love of Jesus daily, serving and loving those around him with a pure, giving heart. James brought laughter wherever he went, often willing to be the butt of a joke if it meant making others smile. His humor and kindness were gifts to everyone blessed to know him.
Serenity, only 6 years old, had a faith far beyond her years. She loved to worship, prayed often for those she loved — especially her dad — and reminded everyone of the childlike faith that Jesus calls us to. Her smile could light up a room, and her devotion to prayer and worship was an inspiration to all who knew her.
The loss of these three beautiful souls has left a deep void in our hearts, but we find comfort in knowing they are rejoicing together in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We hold onto the hope that we will see them again one day.
Jezzy, James, and Serenity are survived by their loving mother, Genevieve Valenzuela, and a host of family and friends who will forever cherish their memory.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18
