He was a lifetime resident of Fresno County. He grew up in Reedley, Ca. He was retired from the State of California Dept. of Education in their maintenance department after 27 years of service. He retired to Clovis, Ca. to grow pistachios as a hobby.
The family would like to thank Dr. Kantam Gade and this excellent staff for their wonderful care and compassion.
He is survived by his loving wife of 74 years, Carmel Bejarano Serros. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Fresno and the Bay Area.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
