I have so many great memories of Sheila from the past twenty years of FreeRepublic events we attended. She loved her country, her flag and supporting our military.  And she loved playing her country music from her boom box when we would have our Friday “Support our Troops” rallies. I loved her patriotism and I loved her sense of humor.  When she started teasing me about my “little rat dog” it became our joke between us. She never failed to ask how my little rat dog was doing.  But, I will mostly miss her pretty smile, her laugh and her sweet spirit.  

Jim, my heart is breaking for you. I know Sheila is your soul mate, and I am praying for God’s Grace and Comfort to surround you and your family. May you find peace in the memories of the 50 years you shared with your beautiful lady.

Sheila seemed to me to be one of the more sweetly harmless yet thoroughly genuine dear souls around.

Her love & compassion for her family were tangible & obvious at the Cortez dinner & breakfast.

Her faithful support was unwavering to each of you.

I suspect her patience was way above average.

I think her acts of comforting and attentively listening with her heart had to be extensive.

Her insightful understanding had to be one of her fairly practical ways of consistently loving y'all.

You remain in my prayers and heart.

Sheila and I became "pen Pals" for several years after I learned she was my first cousin  on the Kulju side. Our Dads were brothers and it was nice to share memories of  them.  We  shared a lot over the years yet never met in person. 

I was saddened to learn About Sheila's passing and offer my sincere condolensces to you and your sons.

My memories are living through the good times and bad along with all the other Freepers who also considered Jim and Sheila 'family'.  Sheila, go with God, rest in eternal peace. I will always remember Sheila asking me if I thought that Leonard's tractor was sexy.  I just recently listened to "She thinks my Tractor's Sexy". 

I will always remember her laugh when she asked me this. 

Going to miss Sheila at any FR event.

James, I know you two were like two peas in a pod. Not many of us made as far as you two did.  I give thanks to God for letting her stay to celebrate the big 50th Anniversary.  Thanks for calling me your guide, your right, I had a big part in it.  Bingo, it was love at first site.
I have lots of memories of you guys, but too many posts. I'm sure that she is looking from Heaven watching over you, John and Chris. and that little dog name Harry.

Thank you very much,  Barbara. And you are the dear angel God used to guide your friend Sheila to me 51 years ago. I was determined to be a bachelor for many more years, but sweet little Sheila swept me off my feet.  We shared a loving and happy lifetime together and someday will meet again. Dear God,  I love and miss her so.  Always will.

James, John and Chris. I am so sorry to hear about Sheila. Its been awhile I know and I wish I would of kept in contact  with Sheila and you. Things have not been going well for me either. Sheila was great lady, friend, and mother. God gained another Angel, I can picture her as being your Guardian Angel. 
Thinking about the high school days, her cousin Tommy and his little red sports car. He would drive real fast over the Roosevelt bump, as we called it,  by school until we both got dizzy from it. It was  a lot fun in those days. Did some crazy things back in high school days.  God Bless The Robinson Family
