Shirley Evva Frandsen, age 99, of Fresno, California passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021. Shirley was born March 27, 1922 in Montpelier, Idaho to Chester and Hallie Quinn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, as well as her both of her parents.

Shirley is survived by son Kent Frandsen; and daughter Laura Kraemer.

Private services will be held in honor of Shirley.
