Shirley Ann Weber, age 91, of Fresno, California, entered into rest on Monday, December 1st, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Shirley was born on May 27th, 1934, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Donald Weber; daughter, Diana Watson; sons, Donald Jr. and Ronald Weber; daughter-in-law, Dianne Weber; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Shirley was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Michael Watson, and grandchild, Austin Smothers.
Shirley graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1953. She then met the love of her life, Donald Weber, while ‘cruising down main,’ they were married in Las Vegas in 1954, and spent 71 years together. She was blessed with her daughter, Diana, the following year. She was then blessed with her sons, Donald and Ronald, soon after in 1957 and 1958.
Shirley will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering willingness to help others. She devoted many years to volunteering at Calwa Methodist Church, especially in the kitchen, and took great joy in donating toys to children in need. She was also an active and supportive member of the Parent Teacher Association during her children’s school years.
In 2000, Shirley became a non-Hodgkin lymphoma survivor and embraced each day with gratitude and joy. She dedicated her life to serving others, always putting the needs of her family, friends, and community above her own. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose life she enriched.
A graveside service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens, located at 175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706, on December 18, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm.
