Siu Koon Chi, age 75, of Fresno, California passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. He was born on May 6, 1949 in China. He was a cook for a restaurant. Siu Koon is survived by his spouse, Yee-Sum Chi; his daughter Cindy Ingram; and his daughter Kellee Chi and his siblings; Mrs. Siu-King Wong, Mrs. Maria Wong, Siu-Fang Chan and Mr. Kwok-Key Chi, and his grandchildren; Amelia and Islay Ingram Oliver Quitoriano.
