Stella Noreen Haines

It is with great sadness that the family of Stella Noreen Haines announces her passing on

April 27th, 2025, at the age of 80 years following a battle with dementia.

She will be forever missed by her husband of 64 years Fred, her son Wade Haines and his wife Rhonda of Meridian, Idaho, her daughter Robin Tidwell and her husband Mark of Clovis, CA, grandchildren Jordan Fontana and Sarah Wood, great grandchildren Jackson Haines, Wade Haines, Stella Fontana, Henry Wood and Elizabeth Wood, and her brothers-in-law Stuart Haines and his wife Lynetta along with many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Raymond Trotter, and her mother Corine Mary Trotter, sisters Opal Mattox, Ruby Adams, Charlene Trotter, brothers Gene and Jerry Trotter, and her grandson Jason Haines.

She attended Central High School in Fresno before marrying Fred in 1961, she loved being a homemaker and always made time for the needs of her family.

A celebration of life for Stella will be held Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720.
