Steven is survived by his spouse, Kimberly Lazcano; his father Jorge Chavira Lazcano and his mother Linda Ann Macumba.
Mr. Lazcano also leaves behind numerous friends and family to cherish his memory.
A funeral service for Steven will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Victory Christian Fellowship Church, 5108 E. Clinton Way, Fresno, CA 93727. A visitation will occur Friday, November 22, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Fresno, 475 N. Broadway Street, Fresno, CA 93701. A funeral service will occur Friday, November 22, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Fresno, 475 North Broadway, Fresno, CA 93701. A committal service will occur Friday, November 22, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
