He is survived by his parents Albert and Annabelle Mevert, spouse Pete Espinoza, brothers Tom Mevert and his wife Doris, Jim Mevert and his wife Deb.
Steven was preceded in death by his brother David Mevert.
Memorial service: 6:30 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2016 at the First Congregational Church.
