Hello my fellow cousins. I am writing this with a heavy and sad heart for all of you. This is from Kathy, Linda and me Marylou Pineda. The irony of your mom's passing is that she died on the same day as her sister, Lupe , our mom. You were blessed to have her for 85 years. Our mom died at age 66.
It has been so many years since we last saw one another. My happiest memories are those spent at Grandma and Grandpa's house playing outside together in 106 degree heat sweating like little pigs!! And do you remember the plastic that covered the couch to protect it?? Not so much fun on a hot day.! But we were family and looked forward to seeing one another and eating Grandma's yummy food.
God bless you and think of the sisters together with their parents again....
