Tim Etcheverry

Tim graduated from Central High School and enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served four years in Vietnam aboard the carrier U.S.S. Constellation.

Tim was a fireman for 31 years, and retired as a fire captain with CDF in 2005.

Above anything else, Tim enjoyed time spent with his family and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Sanders and Matthew and Ella Etcheverry.

He is survived by his wife, Mignon Etcheverry; daughter, Whitney Etcheverry; daughter, Samantha Schuh and husband Curtis; grandsons, Alex and Ryan Schuh; sister, Mary McLain and husband Bill; brother, Mark Etcheverry and wife Shelly; stepmother, Mary Sanders; brother, Steven Sanders and wife Shari along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Churchon Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to Hinds Hospice or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
