Tony worked for a short time with PG&E. He also managed a service station, near his home. He worked in a lumber yard, was a gardener and a truck driver, all jobs he enjoyed until he found farming to be his true calling. Tony loved working with his tractor disking, making furrows, dusting, or anything in which he could use his tractor. He farmed grapes, cotton, corn, oats, almonds, and pomegranates. Tony enjoyed being outdoors taking in the beauty of his yard, especially after he had mowed. While relaxing we would find him taking a nap, on his hammock, underneath the shade tree, near the patio. Tony didn’t have any hobbies, so he devoted his spare time to his family. He had a great love for his wife, Katie, and his children. He enjoyed seeing and playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, who he deeply loved and they in return loved him dearly. He will be missed by everyone.
